Your performance will be evaluated against the assigned tasks on weekly basis. This will collectively influence the final evaluation.
This includes reports from weekly checkpoints, attendance report, and overall behavior analysis during the Internship tenure.
Feedback Interview: A final feedback interview will be recorded on last day of internship to obtain the experience of Interns with Minas Code.
Completion Certificates: Each Intern will be provided with a completion certificate from Minas Code upon successful completion of the internship
Farewell Party: We will gather to bid farewell to our talented interns as you return to your universities for your final year. This celebration will honor your hard work, growth, and the memorable experiences we’ve shared. It will be a time to express our gratitude, share stories, and wish you success in your academic and future professional endeavors. This farewell party will be a heartfelt send-off, marking the end of your journey with Minas Code and the beginning of your bright futures.
